7 to 10 days from receipt of deposit, depending on our work load. We can sometimes rush orders, but it might cost extra.
Typically, Synergy Print Design quotes prices for a minimum of 36 pieces, but we will happily give you the price for fewer. Keep in mind that costs are generally higher.
Standard print: Max print area of 14” X 14” (Meets the majority of customer needs)
Oversized print: Any print larger than a standard print.
Additional fees will apply to oversized prints and special requests.
Yes, this is no problem. Color change fees will be listed on the estimate.
If we have not ‘reclaimed’ the screen (usually within 48 hours), we will hold it and print your extra requests without additional fees. If we have already reclaimed the screen, we will charge a $5 fee per screen/color to re-print.
We generally recommend ordering a few extra – from our experience, they’re never wasted.
Yes, you can supply the garments and we will provide pricing to print on them … assuming we’re able to print on the item!
Yes, we’ve printed on aprons, pizza paddles, fleece blankets and more! If you have an idea, let us help you work through it and we’ll do our best to turn your idea into reality!
We can only be successful with happy customers. If there are any problems with your order please contact us within 72 hours. We will make every effort to resolve the issue.

We are almost perfect, but every so often we might misprint a couple garments. Every effort will be made to deliver your full order. If that is not possible, we will only charge for the exact amount you receive.
If your order is an “exact count” order, please let us know know in the initial stage as we establish quantities.
